Maryland State Society Mission

The Society’s mission is to promote goodwill, fellowship, and amicable relations among Marylanders. The Society was formed to preserve and perpetuate the history and traditions of Maryland. These ideals are promoted through numerous social, educational and charitable functions each year.

The Society is also an active member of the National Conference of State Societies and participates in the National Cherry Blossom Festival each year by sponsoring a Maryland Cherry Blossom Princess.
